EMPLOYER REGISTRATION IN SPAIN

Foreign companies which want to hire local employees in Spain, but do not plan to sell their goods and services in Spain, may do so by registering as Foreign Non Resident Employer. It's the easiest status for a company to get and therefore a good way for foreign investors to explore the Spanish and/or European labor market.

As a FNRE (Foreign Non Resident Employer) you will be liable for payroll taxes and contributions only; you will not have to pay corporate tax and will have no accounting obligations in Spain.
